Aerobic Systems
Aerobic systems are the micro versions of a municipal wastewater plant known as “Extended Aeration Activated Sludge Treatment”
They are generally preceded by a trash tank. Then comes the aerobic treatment unit, the “ATU” Which consists of an aeration chamber and a clarifier (which is another settling tank. Followed by the pump tank.
The aerobic treatment process relies on air to feed the aerobic bacteria to let them do their job.
- One Piece Units, that have 4 chambers for the required treatment processes.
- Basic System treats a minimum of 500 Gallons Per day
- The unit takes up less space due to design and has fewer problems due to settling vs multi-tank systems.
- Industry-standard pumps, aerators, and control panels
- Liquid Chlorinator used instead of tablets
- 2 Year Service Contract & Warranty
- Heavy Duty Concrete tanks
- Installed with sand backfill to reduce stress from soil expansion,
- Installed Level
- Aerobic Sprinkler Systems
- Aerobic Drip Systems
- No Cutting Corners
- Competitive Prices
- No hidden fees
- (Excessively large systems will have separate tanks due to excessive weight)

We Do
Maintenance & Repairs
Maintenance typically is done to ensure the best performance of the aerobic systems. And to satisfy the state reporting requirements. Aerobic systems generally require a continuous maintenance contract. Maintenance includes activities such as checking pumps, floats, all electrical components, and disposal systems to ensure everything is functioning optimally and replacing/repairing if necessary.
Commercial Aerobic Systems
Commercial aerobic systems, generally are designed to treat 1,000 – 5,000 gallons per day, based on the structure they are accommodating. Systems can be designed for a restaurant/bar which will emphasize on a way to treat the excessive organic loading, the “grease” and food grinder usage. Or a 120 bay Rv park that focuses on piping.

Testimonials
Contacted this company after several attempts at getting others to give me an estimate. Shaun, the owner, came out within a day to walk our property and review the engineers site evaluation and plan. He communicated what would be required along with providing us copies of permits and his contract for review. He was up front with everything ensuring we were comfortable with the scope and detail of the job. Once we signed the contract he kept open communication with us throughout the entire process. He was an awesome individual to work with. It's hard to find contractors in this area that are reliable and have good follow through. We would highly recommend!

Shaun with sigma septic came out when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would do, and charged exactly what he said he would. It has been really nice dealing with a great company that takes pride in their work. Job turned out great and I couldn't be happier that I went with Shaun's company Sigma Septic.
